In the bedroom there was lotions, diaper creams and baby powder on the bin and in the bin that is accessible to children. In the cabinet of one bedroom restroom there are several items stored in the cabinet that are accessible to children. In the bathroom that is in the bedroom there was spray (air freshner) and cleaning items that were stored on the back/tank of the toilet and accessible to children. provider stated she will keep this restroom locked and have the items stored in the cleaning and sanitizing products stored in this restroom.
